Today, USAID Mission Director to BiH Nancy J. Eslick and Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Staša Košarac paid an official visit to the Service Center “Tračak nade” in Foča. Mayor of Foča Municipality, Radislav Mašić, joined the visitors as well.
Today, five future entrepreneurs from Lopare signed grant agreements amounting to a total of 44,000 BAM. Half of the funds were provided by the Marginalized Populations Support Activity and half came from the budget of Lopare Municipality.
Azra Aljić is a young entrepreneur from Živinice and one of 14 marginalized women supported by the City of Živinice a and USAID/PPMG in their efforts to launch their own businesses at the end of last year. Supported business owners are regularly visited, and this time, Mr. Jasmin Bešić visited Azra in her new office space, the Driving School “Edo”.
